By design, CAI seeks out excellence in service, collection processes, training, and education. This is why we believe that it is important to operate above the standard that is established by FDCPA, FCRA, etc., which is required of all corporations.  This approach to excellence provides our customers with the ability to be confident when CAI is not 
only representing them, but also working with them. 

Herein lies the difference.  Because of CAI’s underlying philosophy, CAI offers services that may be matched in principle, but not in substance. The very thing that defines us is the driving force in our relationships with our clients, and their customers, as well as the collection process.
