CAI takes great pride in our excellent staff. Our highly
qualified personnel are well-trained and knowledgeable in proper and proven collection techniques. They are also instructed and tested in the laws and governmental
guidelines that govern collection practices.

CAI professional collection specialists are required to successfully complete the following training programs prior
to being allowed to work your accounts:
American Collectors Association computer based training that is referred to as “Professional Telephone Collectors Techniques,” which focuses on the proper and most effective way to gather information for skiptracing, and techniques to use on the telephone.
American Collectors Association computer based training tilted, “Introduction to the FDCPA.” This program is designed to equip the collector with an understanding of the federal law that governs the third-party collection process, validation of debt, communication, and third-party practices.
Fair Credit Reporting Act provides the collector with the proper tools to report and respond to disputed accounts that have been placed on a credit bureau report. This information along with the FDCPA allows the collector to see the cohesiveness between the two laws and move forward in a confident manner to collect your account.
The collectors are trained in salesmanship; each collector is continually equipped with the proper tools
to recover delinquent accounts in a manner that
focuses on a win-win outcome for both the creditor
and the consumer
