There is no reason you as our customer should be burden 
with the tedious process involved in filing the paperwork 
(proof of claims), and follow up (customer or attorneys) in order to see bankruptcies processed to the end.  This is another aspect of the service we are willing to provide for our customers.  CAI wants to remove the burden that is entailed within the bankruptcy process.

CAI provides the following in their Bankruptcy 
Administration Services:

	Contact the Bankruptcy Court and/or attorneys to verify bankruptcy information
	File all proof of claims
	Follow up on discharges
	Resume collection procedures on dismissals
	Monitors trusteeship payments

CAI utilizes the following tools in performing Bankruptcy Administration Services:

	Bankruptcy hotline
	On line Bankruptcy Court access
	Credit Bureau
	On line bankruptcy information sites

This aspect of CAI allows us to service those accounts that have either filed bankruptcy or is in the process of doing so.  CAI has people assigned to focusing on the filing of paperwork, proof of claims, administering payments and seeing the account to discharge.
