CAI provides seminars and in-house training at no cost 
to our clients. These seminars are provided in an effort 
to educate our clients more fully on collection law 
and methodology. 

We have provided seminars that just focus on one aspect 
of collections (FDPCA) as well as seminars that cover 
many aspects of collections (FDCPA, FCRA, Collection Methodology, Bankruptcy, etc.). Our goal is to make 
sure that our client knows what we know about the 
collection process so that we can work together to 
make their business endeavor successful and profitable.
