CAI has a network of attorneys to pool from in order to position us to take charge of collecting all accounts that are necessary through the courts. 

A partial list of the characteristics of CAI’s legal 
department is:

CAI only retains the most qualified attorney’s for representation
CAI’s attorneys are extremely knowledgeable in the FDCPA, FCRA, FTC section 5 and all state and local laws that pertain to collections
CAI is the assignee of all legal accounts unless directed otherwise by their clients
CAI prepays all court costs and attorney fees pertaining to collection litigation
CAI directs all legal activity pertaining to collection from their offices allowing our clients to have more immediate access to any legal information they may need
